30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
We stand behind our product and want you to feel confident trying it.
If you don’t notice an improvement in your skin after using the towel, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be used as intended for at least 7 days
- You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
- You must provide your order number and a short explanation of your experience
Additional Conditions:
- Each customer is eligible for one refund per household
- Refunds apply to first-time purchases only
- We may request a photo of the product before processing the refund
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Non-Eligible Cases:
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The product was not used properly
- The request is made after 30 days
- Multiple refund requests are made from the same customer
- The product shows signs of misuse or intentional damage
Important Note
Results may vary depending on skin type and usage. Most customers notice smoother skin after 1–2 uses, but consistent use is recommended for best results.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us at support@vivaglowmalta.com within 14 days of delivery and clearly state your intention to return the item.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The product must be unused
• The product must be in its original packaging and protective seals
• The product must be returned in the same condition as received
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
If these conditions are not met, you are not eligible for a return. We highly recommend thoroughly reviewing the product details and/or contacting customer support for any queries that you might have before purchasing or opening the product.
Hygiene & Personal Care Products
Due to health and hygiene protection reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or are no longer in their original sealed condition.
This applies to personal care and beauty devices that come into direct contact with the skin. This exception is permitted under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e).
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning correctly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or video evidence.
We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
